Community Outreachat Rae's Academy of Taekwondo Leadership Team Leadership has been described as the “process of social influence in which one person is able to enlist the aid and support of others in the accomplishment of a common task.” "Leadership is ultimately about creating a way for people to contribute to making something extraordinary happen." Rae's Academy of Taekwondo's Leadership Team supports the Taekwondo Studio and Community. Mentoring is a structured and trusting relationship that brings young people together with caring individuals who offer guidance, support and encouragement aimed at developing the competence and character of the mentee. Mentors are good listeners, people who care, people who want to help young people bring out strengths that are already there. At Rae's Academy of Taekwondo we believe that all young people have the potential to succeed in life and contribute to society.
